Any of ye people have any experience of spinning at night time. What lures would work best? Are we talking highly luminous Lures, or would the likes of german sprats etc work?I presume species would be mainly Pollack?
On another note, Do ye people find German Sprats a good lure?

On the contrary, dark/black lures work very well as the silhoutte is strong at night. Also jointed plugs give out a vibration that fish can pick up with their lateral line.
Also the finish on Yo Zuri lures for example would reflect any moonlight. As far as species go, bass, pollock & seatrout are all possible.
German Sprats are a good lure, although I think there are better sandeel imitiations about, the kilty catcher & rapala sliver aswell as plastic baits like shads, jellyeels & redgills
