Hi all,
bit of an unusual topic but here goes. Can anyone recommend a decent red coloured mono.I realise it won't catch more fish for me ,its just i like using red for the darker winter evenings and nights as its so easy to see with the headlamp.I normally use the red sufix tritanium in .35mm but as this is no longer available can anyone recommend another bright red line, other than ultima red ice
Tight lines
Grauvell do one, bionix I think its called, havnt used it so cant comment on it,
if you are not fussed about colour, Sakuma nite crystal 18lb flouro yellow, highly recommended, and its 0,35mm
"THIS THING THAT WE DO"
THE WORLD NEEDS MORE PICTURES OF PEOPLE HOLDING FISH
AND LESS PICTURES OF PEOPLE HOLDING CAMERAS IN BATHROOM MIRRORS!

if you like the sakuma lines then have a look at this, wouldnt touch it myself tho http://www.sakuma.co.uk/p/233/sakuma-br ... rystal-4oz
its only available in 0.33, 0.37 and 0.43
blagdog tackle has it in .33 and his shipping rates are very good
if you want to see your line at night, go bright white! Viz is a great line, i use the .35 on some of my multi's, its stated at 19lb breaking strain. had no problems with it so far, been using it for about a year and a half. Smartrig do it i think.
Not the BigPhil from Irish Angler mag, I'm the original, i swear!!!!
