Fishing from rocks near Bundoran, Donegal bay today, I caught the smallest mackeral. It was finger-sized. The guy next to me caught two!
is there a biologist who can tell me where the mackeral breed? The one I caught must have been an egg fertilised this Summer.

Lots of little macs about at the moment, had some better ones at St. John's last week and they even had the little guys in their gut.
