Me & 2 young-uns:

4.5 hrs:

dropping to low around 7.30pm:

Overcast, some drizzle, breezy at times:

Rag, Mack:

1-up clipped, 2-hook flappers :

14 Flounder. 2 Flounders to 41cm and 1 to 35cm, the rest small:

Catch and Release:: Yes

Spurred on by JohnBoys report the other day we fished around the same spot. Had a great afternoon with the kids. Taking his advice i used straight mackeral for the bigger fish around 80-90 yards - the smaller fish took the rag/mack mix. What a lovely place to fish. Had a gulley in front then a sand bar then then open water. All smaller fish came from gulley, but would expect bigger fish to have moved in with the tide.

All fish in great condition for April. Will be back!

Was well please John. Have been down a few times for walks but never managed to get a chuck.

There must be some very large flats around there at times. Can wait to get back!
