tide coming in
Weather:mostly dry and light winds turning strong

Bait:ragworm,squid,markerel,peeler crab

Rigs:2 hook booms,and pulley rig

Results:whiting,coding,coalies,5 bearded rocking and pouting

Catch and Release:: Yes



Report:better spot then the ledges :lol: 5 different species in one night .
codling fall to a peeler crab :o ,the rest mostley ragworm

it was a good we trip 2 cod and a coile i got i was happy nice trip glad we didnt have to go fishing the next moring tho

always spending money on peeler crabs they never work for me EVER :roll:

i don't spend that much on crabs but they always seem to work for me the cod were only 20-25cm but they fell for the crabs. the 3 cod were hooked on the pier and the other guy that got one i gave him a peeler crab to try so that speaks for its self. i was using a one hook pulley rig at about 100-125 yards all i had left on the reel after a bad birds nest at the ledges i think that sometimes if you have a 2 or 3 hook rig out it confuses the fish too much sent in one place. just my way of thinking different if your using crab on all 3 hooks ??????
