My Favorite rig is a 4/0 penel pulley with 80lb snood 3 foot long with a gemini clip link, a 1/0 crane swivel trapped by 5mm beads and a size 8 snood swivel. This my standard rig for animal fishing and the one I use for most of my fishing may to september. Other rigs will get you more fish but I like catching fish that will put a bend in my rod.

^^ Thats a Rig I've never tried, May try tying one this morning before work 8)

For what I do, Hoking around Donaghadee Pier, I find 3 Hook Clipped Down Rigs are the Muttz Nutz.

I usually either Tie this with an SRT on Top, Leading Down to 2 Cascades, and an Imp on the Bottom. Or I Tie all 3 Snoods with there own individual Release using SRTS and ABC Clips. Size 2, to 1/0 Hooks are usually the Form.
2015 Lure: Pollack, Herring, Whiting, Sand Goby, Poor Cod, Pouting

42 Species to beat 2011 & 2014
