Report:
Turned round and put my right foot up on a rock ledge, perfectly flat, nothing to worry about until my foot moved inside my boot and I fell onto my foot sideways with a crunch.

Packed up as I knew something wasn't right so I walked back across the rock and up round the path back to the carpark, drove to my aunts not far away just to get my car somewhere safe, then a trip to Antrim A+E

Lovely...

Bad luck mate, the older i get the harder it is to cope with rocks and balance. Now i have to look down from my parked car, and say ... will i.... or wont i? Most times i will, but it takes longer.

PS your toes are as ugly as mine :D
