Thx gf,enjoyable when its a lob of a cast and then ,wait, bang on the rod and reel in.Easy.

if only all fish were this handy to catch
You can stop worrying about me Jay, I,,,like private Ryan, made it off the beach last night

. Serious tide alright

, I was the light to your left. I got a couple of whiting for the trouble. Last few casts ,I got into decent fish, but they went to ground, nodding ,and i couldnt shift them, had to pull for a break

. This happened last 3 casts, and up to that point i had no trouble retrieving the rigs

.I just made it up off the beach, i was watching your lights all evening, then all of a sudden when i looked ,yis were gone, so i legged it down just in time, before i got cut off, and it was still only about 8-15pm?? approx.

Glad you made it home and (dry) private reilly,Had the same experience with the big bite and then fish to ground last night,Has to be 1 big Conger patrolling or numerous possibly.Tried to grab your attention about the high water flooding in but you were too busy caught up catching all those whiting

The Coyser caught a nice codling on north beach a few weeks back with fresh teeth marks punctured in the codlings sides,??

Anytime Roger they looked like they could do with a bit of fattening up

There was enough of them around could have fished the night thru catching them
