I called ammo direct as coming over to S.Ireland on Monday to fish and wanted to source some if none about to dig. They gave me a number for a Mr Murray who is the supplier in ireland. Not sure if this is a private number so I'll post to your private message board.
If you speak to him I would be ineterested to know what shops stock them near or around Courtmacsherry.

Have to say that the sand eels we got from there last year were very expensive and a bit ropey although might have improved. We considered buying a mini freezer and bringing bait over from UK although ran out of stock. We will have to chance digging or if that fails a new mortgage to pay for enough bait for a week.

Try looking for KB baits. Good value for money and excellent quality. I had some in my freezer which defrosted. Managed to get it going again and refroze the eels to use a doggie bait. When I came to use them I found them to be still good and went on the hook no problem. Seem to remmber catching fish other than doggies to.
