not workin.
hi lads, anyone what to do, whenever i turn camera on it shows a flashing battery, have tryed several sets of new batteries, same thing it shuts down???????????????????????? it is fxxxxd

did you try some rechargables in it
get the biggest ah rechargables you can around 2000 to 2500ah might do the trick.

Had this happen to an Olympus camera once and discovered that it was some dirt stopping the lens from coming out when camera was switched on. I held the camera with lens pointing downwards and got a pin behind it to pull it out when I switched it on. Once I got it out I gave it a good cleaning and a very light covering of oil which helped it to push out lens when switched on.

tryed cleaning it, still no joy, would it be worth handin it into a shop?, it cost 250/300.

Could be the batteries are under powered for your camera Art, happened to me also. I got Enigiser 2650 mAh recharage jobbies. Sorted it out.
