it deserves a mention- JD did the club proud at the Leinster meeting on wed. asking clever questions and the like... fair play JD.

Any chance of getting a short description of the events and topics from each Leinster meeting? You could just stick them under the same thread each time?

oh yeah! that's a good idea!! there was a lot of boat talk at the last meeting. also, the coverage of risk given by insurance during a fishing 'event'. JD suggested that the term 'event' needed to be clarified with which many others agreed. for example- does event mean 'competition', 'outing' or 'freelance fishing as a member of a club'???
also given to us on a hand out was a propsed plan for greystones harbour. anglers are worried that it will affect the fishing on the north beach.
