In fairness this is an angling Issue and and this is the forum for such.

Yes, you are right in that this is an angling issue, but this is an issue for the I.F.S.A. and their members. This site is not here to express their views and should be brought up a club level for discussion first.
This may not be the answer your looking for but I.F.S.A. members via clubs via Provincial Councils can only change these rules.

In the end of the day books have to be balanced and a short fall in one type of revenue will be offset with an increase in an other form of income

It is an issue for IFSA members- this is a public forum.

I have started in thread in SAI SAC private forum for SAISAC club members.
