Hey looking at getting a few hours in this weekend sometime.
Bray pier is not too far from where I am based but I've never fished it before.
Judging by recent shore reports, its fishing pretty good! Just wondering which pier is best? The one of the left or right?
Any info on the mark would be great.
Thanks
Ken :)

The left pier is supposed to be the best..i think there is too much freshwater on the right hand side as it runs up towards brayhead...

the pier on left is clean ground. u can fish off the side into the beach or you can go to the end were you can find some decent coalies at times. flounder here too. at this time of year you will get rockling, coalies with flounder and codling possible with pin whiting in darknes.
the right pier has rough ground along it's lenght. if you fish the end you will get clear ground- again coalies with dabs and odd flounder. dont chuck to far if you want coalies, they can be along the wall sometimes. codling definate possability...
havin fished there in a while now but always caught something at this time of year- usually small but odd good coalie. this would have been in daylight too. good flounder can turn up on the beach too. march is probably better though....
