People:Myself and girlfriend

Duration:18.00 - 22.00

Tide:low at 21.30 or thereabouts

Weather:misty,not too cold,slight breeze

Bait:fresh lug,squid

Rigs:2 hook pats

Results:3 codling @1.5lb,2 coalies same size and whiting on every cast,1 or 2- 25cm most small.

Catch and Release:: Yes/No kept a coalie,deep hooked.



Report:Nice evening to get out ,plenty of action and everycast produced something,no dogs which was great for a change.Wasn't expecting much as the tide was dropping but happy with the results all the same ,thats fishing for ya! :D

nice to see there are a few fish coming out of greystones richie. what end did you fish at the grove end or harbour end. girlfriend going fishing brings back memories mine used to go to. she became quite a dab hand at fishing to.she could stand her own on the beach or boat then kids came along and put a stop to that might get her into the boat once a year.
