People: me & plaice

Duration: 1pm - 5pm

Tide: high water at 15:17

Weather: wind rain most of the day

Bait: rag & squid

Rigs: 1 hook pulley rigs

Results: 2 colies 32cm +

Catch and Release:: 1 released 1 kept gut hooked

Report: i had some rag left over from the weekend that was going off so i pm plaice last night about going and we hit the harbor at 1pm the tide was on its way in. fishing was slow with me catching a crab at 2.30pm (mod edit) the tide came and was on the turn when i went to change the bait. i was reeling in and i had a griper on and it felt heavy i was thinking it was weed maybe but it was a nice coile 32cm+ and i cast out a second time and let it sit for a good 30 Min's and had a yarn with plaice. reeled it in another nice colie 32cm it was gut hooked it was kept for my gran who likes them. all in all not a bad wee trip and i think that i will be giving this place allot more fishing over the next couple of weeks and months.
