HELP HELP AND MORE HELP 7ht turbo :-(

Lads someone help please i have a brand new 7ht turbo opened up in front of me :? ........ i cnt find the problem which needs fixed pronto!!!!

basically its enganging but the spool isnt turning!!

anyone no what the problem might be?

apart from the caster? :lol:

Take the right hand end plate off, look in and you will see a brass gear. push in the free spool button and it will move away from you. Turn the handle and it should pop back into its original position ( slightly below black plastic level )

Check this first to prove the mechanism is working ok.
