People:me

Duration:19.00-23.30

Tide:most of ebb but very weak

Weather:moderate sw with lots of rain

Bait:frozen black lug, squid, mack,

Rigs:two hook paternoster and pennell rigs

Results:2 codling about 1 and 1.5 lb

Catch and Release:: Yes both returned

Report: Had been planning a trip up to the north coast but saw the reports and decided to head south. Contacted dbrock who was very helpful with information and put me on one of his marks, even offered to come out and show me if i got lost (thankfully not required) but many thanks to him. Both fish fell to mackerel. Frozen black lug, which i have now decided is rubbish and squid untouched. Enjoyable night even if the weather turned a bit nasty.
