Report: after not getting out much recently due to adverse weather conditions last night seemed perfect. not a cloud and not a wind. got to dalriada and there was two boys there already. they had been there from 10am in the mornin and had caught a few small coalies and pollock. after a few casts and a yarn they headed home.. for the next 4 hours we hardly got a bite. jc got a wee coalie and i got the wooden spoon! we werent the only ones not catching as a cormorant stood 3 feet away from us on the pier shrieking like mad. a couple of squid and a few mackeral fillets sorted him out. crap night but good to get out
