Odd, i've never had any trouble with the guys in Scotland, granted have only called them on a couple of times.
Remember one time few yrs back my dad & his mate in a drunken Christmas session decided to play around the house with his new Daiwa Whisker kevlar tournament, which they proceeded to snap 2" of the tip! quick call to Daiwa Scotland & a new tip section arrived free of charge within a week. Actually the replacement section was better than the original, as its still going strong.

yea the first tip was to loose on the spigot the mail; order company didn't believe me at first a diawa with a fault they said it would be like Chinese whispers so the mail order company replaced it got a new tip broke it getting it out of the car boot in a rush to get fishing lol i was gutted to say the least id only used it about 3 times i was told a new tip would cost 130 but i wrote them a few letters then rang a few times but i cant complain nowRyan wrote:Can't be bad getting new tip FOC.
