Charter boat

I know this isn't the boat forum but more people seem to browse this one more so than the boat angling forum, so I thought I'd ask my question here. Is there any point in me looking into booking a charter boat out of Ballycastle next Sat (10th Feb). Does there be much action this time of year and if so, whos best to contact. Cheers for any feedback.
