ballylumford & ballygally

People.. Me , Costa, Round our way

bait.. rag, mac,squid,mussell

tide.. low

weather.. wind rain and more wind and rain.

fish.. lumford 2 pollock... ballygally 3 pollock 4 flatties.


started at ballylumford as light was fading took a few good nocks but no takes. as soon as got dark round our way and myself took the pollock. a the bottom of the tide it went dead nothing not even the nocks. round ourway had a card game to go to so packed up. Me and costa moved to ballygally for a try.

Ballygally.#

Set up and fished the rise up to high very weedy but got 7 more small fish a short lob put you into fish all were taken on rag and squid but again the weather was a bit much blowing ssw so packed up called it a day.

Nice to see you got fish pity about the wind but at least you got fishing...Lazy

wind was a nightmare but with work this was only night we could get out so had to go.

with ballygally it was picked only because offered a wind break with being low down from the road. but was nice getting fish even if on the small side. So if wind blowing direction it was last night i am sure will fish again

you didnt parked at the hotel there seen people there a green light and red light tip light was that you :?: :?:

yes we parked at hotel but no tip lights mate enough light from road.

does anyone know if the hotel minds people parking there.

Was good to get out and fish with u lads again and to try a new spot.

Nice to see a report from Ballygally as well.

Well done in catching a good number of fish and the weather was a nightmare too
