People:me , tam and paul

Duration:3pm to 12.45am

Tide: high around 12

Weather:calm dry, slight breeze

Bait: everything apart from squid and mussel really

Rigs:3 hook flapping and clipped

Results:flounder,coalie, pollack, codling, shore rockling, dogfish, whiting, poor cod

Catch and Release:: Yes



Report:the tips strated bouncing once again when darkenss set in and pretty much kept going all night, at a rough guess between us we had around 70-80 fish

best fish were pollack to roughly 40cm, coalies best around 35, flats best was about 30cm, the dogs were small as was pretty much everything else

best bait was straight rag with some fish falling to frozen lug, lazy lug ,crab and sandeel and mackerel strip plus cocktails.

Pollock to 40 an coalies to 35cm are nice beach fish
Sea Species(25) bass, codling, whiting, turbot, seatrout, stingray, pollock, coalfish, longspine scorpion, ballan wrasse, dogfish, ling, pouting, poor cod, dab, mackerel, smelt, sandeel, launce, bull huss, painted ray, thick lip mullet, golden grey mullet, rock goby.
Fresh Water (2) brown trout, sea trout

there werent that many fish around 40, maybe 3 or so
30-35cm coalies were fairly regular
most of the fish were smaller though, around the 20-25cm mark
Not the BigPhil from Irish Angler mag, I'm the original, i swear!!!!
