People:Me and Donal

Duration:11:00

Tide:i havent a clue.....

Weather:warm, windy, dry..........

Bait:mack and squid.

Rigs:all.

Results:conger, coalie, pout.

Catch and Release:: Yes



Report:well, started at gurteen and got nothing then got lost on the way to spiddal, finally got there and promptly lost a conger....then landed one esitimated 25lb+ :shock: :shock: :D . then donal got one around the 8lb mark. then i got the coalie shortly followed by a couple of pout :D .
after that it all went quiet until when we was packing up i got another conger around the 10-12lb mark.

A very good start to 2007! :D :D .

thnxs drew....

Oh yeah......i was using the carbon metal for the congers and a slosh x 20 and would reccomend that set up to anyone.....took even the big boy in its stride 8) .

well done on the conger hopefully i will get my first conger of the year or fish of the year 2mo nite

right under my feet on a small float set so the bait was 7' deep.
