I saw some big bass up close down in dingle but unfortunately they were all in the aquarium. Fished 4 2 hour sessions over the week. 3 of the sessions were off shallow rocky shoreline of the west end of the maharees peninsula using plugs which only produced a 3lb pollack on a bass bullet farther out. I couldn't cover large area due a banged up knee and it's an area well worth checking out over a high tide. I fished my first two sessions at low tide which was a mistake.
Did 2 hours out in cloghane estuary using a kilty catcher at low evening tide with no luck.
