Tramore, Co Waterford, 25/11/06

#1 Post by Drew »

Everyone can report there own Catches... I'll do mine... and Hairys... :wink:

People: Myself and Hairyconger

Duration: 4pm - 8pm

Tide: Pushing

Weather: Clear, Blowing a Hooly South.

Bait: Rag, Mack, Sandeel, Squid, Crab, Razor.

Rigs: 1 Hook Clipped, Running Ledger, 3 Hook Flapper

Results: Me: 3 Coalies (2 Small, 1 25cm+) Hairyconger: :lol:

Catch and Release:: Always.

Report: Feeling slightly Fragile from a night on the Town with Crow and Nige (Let us never speak of it again, eh?) We proceeded to Tramore Beach, We Fished just Before the Gate. The wind was making everything difficult, So it took a while to get set up... After which it was a case of retreating gradually from the Tide... Bites from the small Coalies were barely recognisable, I did see the knock from the bigger Coalfish...

Didn't get my Bass...
Maybe next time. 8)

Hairy Blanked...

Sounds like you'll have a better chance catching a turkey :wink:
