People:Myself

Duration:4 hours

Tide: low

Weather: chilly , clear

Bait:Razor , squid , lug

Rigs:

Results: whiting & Herring

Catch and Release::



Report: Started at 3.00 pm on low tide . Plenty of whiting , all small. Herring was unusual for this time of year . There was a lot of Porpoise activity close to shore. Also 2 large edible crabs , they loved razor.

Was it the high rocks in Balscadden you were fishing, if so how did you fare getting back to the car park in the dark (dangerous?)

Lava , Hows it goin , Fished off the high section . Can be dangerous at times if its wet .Had a torch with me and it helped. Always let someone know exactly where you will be fishing on the head if you go alone in the dark. I learned that lesson years back.
