Irish Times: Garda fishing inquiry goes to court

#1 Post by teacher »

From today's Irish Times (16-Nov-2006):

Four summonses have been issued in relation to the Garda investigation into the fishing industry which was initiated two years ago.

Companies in Donegal, Galway and Kerry are understood to have been summonsed to appear before Donegal District Court on December 6th in relation to alleged offences under the Fisheries Act.

It is believed they relate to logbook recordings, declarations and reporting of catches.
