People:me, Bigcol
Duration:3 1/2hrs 10:30am-2pm
Tide: high at 12:30
Weather:northerly breeze with small showers, sunny rest of time
Bait:galway bays finest mackerel
Rigs: various
Results:12 doggies
Catch and Release:: Yes
Report:met up with bigcol across from aquarium, but i decided blackrock would fish better in the conditions(nothing to do with the pots out at casting distance :? :? ) steadily catching doggies from the time we arrived.. i had a crack off (more like thumb being caught in the multi :shock: :shock: ouch ) which gave bigcol an advantage to catch up... but to no avail.. i cast out again and both rods were banging again.. we both caugh fish at the same time through out the session(reminder to self.. buy the scuba diver a pint :lol: :lol: )..
i caught on last cast which secured my lead :lol: ...both lost a few fish as well :(
score stands at:
me : 7 doggies
Bigcol : 5 doggies
great session by all accounts.. thumb is killing me, and my phone suffered a cracked screen :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Thanks Steve.A very enjoyable few hours.As I said,local knowledge and that scuba diver helped you to the win.Can I remind you that the final score will be the aggregate total after the return match in kerry when you next visit. :wink:
