This form has to be filled in and retained in club records for each boat used in a competition. This actually applies to all boats used in any IFSA boat competitions (Closed and Open)

Any easy way to make pegs..(especially if your writing is a scrawl like mine!)

Print as many pages you want on to card. MS excel or similar needed.

Cut with stanley knife...
