Possibly a stupid question...

#1 Post by Livid »

... but my mum has been routing around in my wardrobe and has come across some course fishing stuff i had totally forgotten about, mostly unopened groundbait, along with this was a bag of trout pellets, there some stink of them, was just wondering if they would at all be useful for the sea in anyway, even in a harbour or something for attracting mullet? Meh, just a thought.?

If it smells like s*#t then it could be tried for the mullet, I used tesco cat food (Cheap tesco labeling) it is the tightest smelling stuff ever and it is the business for attracting mullet!!
The only way to find out is try! Give it a go and let us know, it could be killer ground bait who knows...........

If you not fishing for carp and the like at the moment, I'd say give it a go. better than letting it rot in ur closet more.

The only stupid questions are the ones that are not asked.
