-nice fish., you make it look easy.
I went for a walk up there approaching high tide on saturday. the flow of water was incredible. I'm guessing low water is better fished?

hey ts1500,it dont really matter wat the tide is as long as the water is clear,it can be really dirty when the flood gates get open after a lot of rain.regards ivan

the water seemed very muddy right at the mouth of the estuary, I think i may try on Sunday. Have you noticed there being any sea trout around Bar-mouth.

Those fish looked excellant from last weekend, im getting jealous now. iv only managed small pollack the last few trips out.
Think i may need to resort to pike pretty soon.

hey tony,ive saw quite a few sea-trout and some good ones at that, 2-3 lb maybe.ive saw a few guys spinning for them.i had one about a pound last week when i was spinning on the beach,he took my krill.i put him back and he went on his way.might see you there if im there on sunday,regards ivan

yes, hopefully i will get up. Just found out a friend is coming over from england. so i may try to get up tommorrow instead. If im lucky i may get two trips this week!
