BAIT:mackerel

RESULTS:2rockling,1doggie and 1strap conger


TIME:9PM-1AM


REPORT:Fished behind main peir 1st stuart got a doggie after about an hour and not a bite for another hour then missed a good bite on the conger rod. then i got 2 rockling around a 1lb in two casts.moved over to the north wall then for last hour vand stuart got a strap conger.

Should have try the Garryvoe beaches the only poles there have lights on them. Check out the Rinnashark web site for the latest report on that area.

i was told of another spot futher down thats good for big ray so hope to be down that way again.is there a link off the rinnashark site?

That might be Ballycrennane it's the last beach on the eastern side of Ballycotton bay. Any of the garryvoe beaches can turn up a big ray.
But remember garryvoe is a night venue.
