Report: Haven’t been out in a while so figured I just get some bait and head to ballygannon for a few hours… When I go to ballygannon my normal place I would fish was in bits. Seems they are doing a load of work there, they have dumped loads of boulders into the water. Most of it now is not fishable due to the rocks. I did notice one little sport where I could fish and instead of heading off somewhere else I decided to fish it. First cast the bait was only in the water a few minutes and bang got a bite… first dog of the session… I got the second rod out and same thing both rods going at the same time… All the dogs were pretty big and fought very hard which was nice. Ended up with 23 doggies for the session and nothing else, at one stage I put ½ a ragworm on the hook cast out and bang within 10 minutes a dog hit it. The place must have been full of dogs. Enjoyable all the same.
