Its an interesting one that. Most of the marks I fish in Donegal involve a walk over privately owned ground but aside from the rocks at Teelin I have never been told to get out. Don't know what other peoples experience is.
Sea Species(25) bass, codling, whiting, turbot, seatrout, stingray, pollock, coalfish, longspine scorpion, ballan wrasse, dogfish, ling, pouting, poor cod, dab, mackerel, smelt, sandeel, launce, bull huss, painted ray, thick lip mullet, golden grey mullet, rock goby.
Fresh Water (2) brown trout, sea trout

there was a thread here a few months ago - which basically concluded that legally it was all in limbo(rights were given to the public and not ratified, anything that went to court (and the guards) sided with the land owner) and that common sense should prevail - ask if you can cross beforehand, dont knock walls etc.
