bait presentation

i`ve become quite addicted to mullet fishing and i was wondering if anyone has any tips on bait presentation.im using bread which i nip around the shaft of the hook,it stays on well but im interested to hear other peoples methods to see if i can improve my catch reports :)

Mullet

Fold the bread over the line about an inch above the hook-eye. Nip the top end of the bread to pinch the line, then slowly pull the line to draw the hook up into the flakey part of the bread.

cheers Cooke,sounds similar to what i`ve been doing.some people say its best not to leave any of the hook showing while others say it doesn`t matter.i`ve been trying lots of different methods but the one works best is the the way i`ve been doing it. :)
