fishing on the Beara Peninsula

#1 Post by Paul Harris »

People:Fishing on the Beara Peninsula is very good at the present time with the warm setteled weather. Plenty of mackerel about and some good pollack to 5 plus pounds taken on most methods with spinning jelly worms or sandeel best.
Bottom anglers taking huss, conger, ray even pouting an mainly mackerel baits but sandeel also catching.
Plenty of mullet about with best fish in the past week just short of six pounds taken on a sliver of mackerel.
