Weather: Microwave hot

Bait: Feathers and spinners

Results: 2 Pollack,


Report:Was fishing the pier and rocks to the right very few hits but was a glorious day so cant complain. Saw very few fish caught and had to call it a day after legs got burn to a crisp( teach me for wearing shorts all day). lost a few traces to the weed. Con was happy with his bag of willicks.

We caught nothing yesterday aswell which i found strange, was going to go out again later but don't think i'll bother, will wait for the temp to drop a bit first.

is it the brightness thats more of a problem than the temp - i was always told this on the river anyway

dare i say it a bit of cloud cover might help!

It was for my benefit, not the fishing, i can't stick this heat :lol: I'd say a bit of cloud cover would do the trick.

i think its just to warm at the moment.we have been out in the boat the last few days n havent been able 2 catch anymore than 5 mackerel!(which is a good thing!).but we are going out again tonight to see what the crack is and find out if its too warm.
