New indoor market in Artane, Dublin

At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!

New indoor market in Artane, Dublin

#1 Post by dtsacs »

Was talking to the guy that runs a tackle stall in the new indoor market across from Artane Castle (at the back of the Stardust site). He is going to be selling bait (Rag, Lug etc., etc.) as of from next week, they are open on Friday's, Saturday's & Sunday's till 7pm.
I don't know how good it will be but it might get you out of a hole on a Sunday morning (it opens at 10am) when everywhere else is closed.

Down the road, good stuff! Cheers for mentioning dtsacs.

Whats the market like in general, car boot kind of stuff? Seen the signs all around the area over the past week or so.

No it's not a car boot type, all the stalls bar one was selling new stuff.

Kind of a cross between the Thursday market in "Newry", the "Thomas St., Dublin" and the "Fairyhouse" market (but not as big as Fairyhouse).

There's stalls with clothes, tools and of course fishing tackle. Plenty of free parking and free admission also.
