Lambay

First boat trip of the season for me to the back of Lambay last sunday. Fantastic weather and a joy to be afloat. Modest fishing drifting over the sand in the deep water. I had whiting, dabs, haddock, dogs and a handful of nice codling, a couple of which I've just finished for my tea. Most fish fell to frozen sandeel fished on a flowing wishbone trace.
