perhaps worth trying some of the guys on the forum on fishscotland..?

depends on what part of the lough yop are fishing mate,if you are at lefnol then a three hook clipped down with fish baits will get you doggies ,more variety of fish at lighthouse point or old house point alough the ground here is full of snags,use a pulley rig with a heavy snood 30lb or more maybe.thornback rays ,doggies and the odd tope have been taken of these marks and the odd bass.if you have time call into the sports shop in stranrear and talk to eric mc clean he will keep you right as to where is fishing and you could pick up some tackle or bait.
