getting to north beach in greystones

#1 Post by jonnyfish »

Guys, have a session planned for tomorrow night in greystones. We were thinking about hitting the north beach in greystones but have no idea of how to get there. We normaly park beside the arch on the south beach and walk under that onto the beach. Can someone help with directions coming from Dublin down the M50 to get to the north beach.

Thanks....

if ur at the arch on the south beach, drive back in through the town and continue on until u come to the t-junction at the shell garage, turn right and head down under the railway bridge, road veers to the right, about 70 yards past the bridge theres a sharp turn to the left, and drive up to the small car park just before the gate..dont drive past the gate,iv seen lads been locked in plenty of times!!

Those directions are pretty perfect, the left turn is directly after a small chipper, with a small car park beside it and a pub on the other side of the road :D
Pretty sure you can't drive thru the gates anymore anyway. the football club certainly doesn't own it anymore and there will be alot of work going on there at the moment, but not sure of the exact current situation.

If your heading down could you let us know what the story is please?
