been a bit busy (up the river)
will be bream fishin for the next 3/4 eves. after that the 23th/28th.

hi kev.
the sea trout run had been poor up to to the start of the month.
have seen shoals of up to 50 2lb.+fish in the past weeks some up to 7/8/9lbs.
held our A.G.M. last week Andrew Ryan of cloonave angling was voted in as chairman
several new pools and weirs have been built in the past 2 months and a lot of other stuff is planned.

bream seen to be gettin more plentyful about 10 so far this yr. it was the end of june last yr. before we started to catch em.
also have been watchin a bass thats 10/12lb she comes in each day at the same state of tide hangs about for an hour could prob. catch in one cast with crab can get as close as -10ft
arthur.

Great to see Andrew Ryan as chairman. Hopefully the river will get back to it's best. Nice to hear about the new pools and all that. I'll have to check it out next time I'm down that way.

Hopefully all going well I'll be down that way in a few weeks for a weekend.
