Tramore holiday fishing

#1 Post by Donagh »

I'm going to Tramore in two weeks time for a week on a family holiday. I hope to get out for a couple of hours here and there to do a bit of spinning. I need marks that are close to the town and easy to get at as I'd only get away a couple of hours at a time. The only one I can think of is the saleens and was wondering will this fish during the day and what tides. If you want you can PM me and I'll keep it on the QT.

Tramore is a cracking apot, will be fishing there from 5am Sunday morn. means an early start but is worth it. Between me and my mates we have never blanked in a Bass session down there. One or more of us have caught a bass. Set your alarm clock..! :)

I know a 4am start would be the right thing if I was seriously fishing but as I said I'm on a family holiday and my fishing will be limited. I've done the early starts no problem its the looking after two small children for the rest of the day thats hard.

Going on past holidays I'd hope to get out one evening for dusk and I'll get out spinning during the day a couple of times as well.
