Nice plaice to be had around greystones if the weather stays settled. Mackerel and conger at Dun laoighaire. Chance of smoothies at poolbeg if the tides are big and again if the settled weather continues.
I require a tremendous amount of calcium

Cheers seanibo, i might give greystones a go for plaice i was down there the start of April and had a few small plaice and a small flounder might see if the sizes have increased a bit too  but knowing my luck their probably smaller ah well it's good to get out,
Thanks again,
Al

P.s i'm prob just gonna use rag and mack and see if the Asian food market has any squid, any other suggestions?
