salthill and blackrock. 1st june

#1 Post by stevecrow74 »

People:myself and one other (chris)

Duration:8 hrs 9:30 - 6:30

Tide:falling low at 3:34

Weather:sunny, but good westerly

Bait:mack, sandeel,squid

Rigs:my usual one up one down, and a one hook clipdown

Results:
me: 5 dogfish, 1 bullhuss, 2 sea slugs and a spider crab
chris: 4 dogfish, 1 bulhuss (good size, jammy b*****d)

Report:the good thing about fishing salthill when its sunny, you don't look at the rods, you spend more time watching people (women) walking by, so you do tend to miss bites... Oh well....

Photos to follow soon
