Boat Charters in Cork Harbour - Recommendations Please

#1 Post by phanover »

I'm organising a boat angling trip for work for late June. I'm looking for recommendations for a good skipper in the Cork Harbour area. I've had one courtesy of Donal Domeny but unfortunately that one is booked on the date we want. There will be a wide variety of experience going, so I'm looking for a guy who is going to get us on the fish, willing to come out of his cabin and be patient with beginners.

Any personal experiences and recommedations would be welcome.

I'm not sure but you may get more/better answers in the Boat angling Q&A forum.

Charter out of Cork

Hi Paul,

Have a look at http://www.loughcarrig.com Brian Byrne is in my opinion the best skipper down there. He goes out from East Ferry outside midleton. He knows his stuff and is extremely helpful if some lads don't have much experience.
