18 Pound bass from Tramore

Hi, I heard a rumor in the last two weeks that an 18.5 pound bass was caught in Tramore. Has anyone else heard or confirmed this. I had heard that the fish was kept and is in steaks in a freezer.... :( Dont think it was put forward as a new record.

Ah ok, still doesnt really verify rumor. I dont suppose anyone got any pics..?

No pics. I was told that they would be sent on to me but they never came. I have asked a couple of times for them to be sent so am doubting it myself.
