Report:Tried for a few late season codling just above the ferry and had good sport. About 12 codling in the 1lb size range. Best fish was about 1.5-1.75lb. Fished two rods and was getting a bite almost each cast although hook up was rather less than that. When the water went slack so did the bites so packed it in as the real world started again at 8am tuesday morning. Fished Annestown on Good friday (15.00-19.00) for bass but blanked on lug and squid. Tried some plugging also but I guess the water is still a bit cold.
