Reports tabs won't open

Hi been on the page a bit the last few days, can anyone explain why I can't click into the angling reports tab, it just says I don't have permission? Thanks

And also the buy and sell section requires 20 posts and active 6 months.
Trying to get that now while posting things that add value. :D
