Clew bay pollock marks
Alright lads, is there anyone on on here who could point me in in the right direction of some pollock marks around the south of clew bay. I’m heading down to louisburgh for a few days next week and I’m gonna bring the lure rod with me, hoping for a few pollock or wrasse. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Old head usually throws up a few fish

2015: whiting, coalfish, turbot, pollack, ballan wrasse, conger, thornback, short spined sea scorpion , common blenny ,
2014 : dogfish, garfish, launce, common blenny, cuckoo wrasse, flounder, pollack, thornback ray,
2013 species:(15) Whiting, Dogfish, Three Bearded Rockling, bull huss, poor cod,turbot, flounder,pollack, spotted ray, thornback ray, launce, corkwing wrasse, long spined sea scorpion, common blenny,mackerel,
2012 species: Thornback, bull huss, Dogfish, pollack, Mackerel, bass, flounder, turbot, conger,

Thanks Spindle, hoping for a dry day to venture out on to the rocks there. Lrf fishing with the kids on the pier yesterday, good craic but a few of the dreaded weavers knocking about.spindlefist wrote:Old head usually throws up a few fish
